An amazing experience—among the many Italian restaurants I've frequented, this one truly stood out. I was pleasantly surprised by how authentic the food was, especially considering the location at the St. Regis in Goa. Everything was on point, set against a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were excellent—truly impeccable. Mang, who served us, was outstanding, and Chef Silvo personally met us to ensure everything was perfect.
